3. Why do you have ads provided by Google if it is a volunteer effort?
   
   Projects of this scale can never be done well without the self-less effort of hundreds and thousands of people. However, you still need money to cover the technical costs of the servers, programming, etc. We have carefully opted to include Google as our advertising partner to display contextual, non-intrusive advertising that does not effect the user experience, and hope to cover the costs, or a portion of it, so that we can keep the entire service free of charge for the main users: the job seekers.
